“I have actually been a supporter for many years. My nephew is autistic and is very involved in Special Olympics. I see firsthand how wonderful they are for children who have special challenges. They provide skill development, exercise, love, support, comradery, and understanding for children who are often treated as ‘less than’ because of their challenges. When any person is given the right environment to thrive, they generally will, and Special Olympics provides such an environment. That is why I support this very important organization.”
